Insurance
We accept most other insurance policies and will be happy to file them for you.
Please remember, if you do have dental insurance, we do not let insurance dictate your treatment. Together we will work towards your personal optimal oral health. As your dental care provider, our relationship is with you, the patient, and not your insurance company. Your insurance policy is a contract between you, and your insurance company. As a courtesy to our patients, we provide a recommended treatment plan. This plan includes the estimated out-of pocket expenses for the patient and is not a guarantee of insurance coverage. The estimated out-of-pocket expense is collected on the day services are rendered. Every insurance policy is different, and you are responsible for the portion insurance does not cover. Our goal is to achieve and maintain a healthy smile so that you look and feel great.
Once treatment has started, we will file your claims as a courtesy to you. To help us with your insurance filing, please be sure to bring your current insurance card and provide us with accurate information about your dental insurance benefits.
If, during the course of any dental treatment your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges. While we will file your initial claims and do everything we can to help you maximize your insurance benefits, we do require that any unpaid claims become your financial responsibility if they are not paid.
If you have dental insurance, we are happy to process your insurance claims and help you get the most from your plan.
